Putting the Brand to Work
A refreshed brand is one thing. Making it work across 10 different channels, campaigns and customer touchpoints is another.
From May onwards, I took Outbuildings’ refreshed identity and put it to work across social media, Meta advertising, email, digital and print. I developed campaign concepts, planned content, wrote copy, briefed creative, coordinated assets and worked across paid and organic activity to keep everything connected.
The campaigns covered summer stays, seasonal dining, local restaurant promotion and the wider Outbuildings experience, with each piece of content designed to give people a reason to stop scrolling, explore the brand and ultimately book.
I also managed the practical side of getting it all out into the world. Campaign calendars, creative assets, email campaigns, social content, paid ads, last-minute changes and all the little details that somehow become very important five minutes before something goes live.
The result was a brand that was not just refreshed, but actively being used, tested and developed across the customer journey.

Behind the Brand: The Shoot
A new brand needs new pictures. So, in March, I helped bring Outbuildings’ refreshed visual identity to life with a full brand photography and content shoot.
I led the creative planning and production from start to finish, developing shot lists, coordinating locations, styling interiors, planning food presentation and organising talent. The focus was on creating a strong library of content that could work across the website, social media, paid campaigns, print and future marketing.
A big part of the shoot was making sure we captured the Outbuildings experience, not just the spaces themselves. From interiors and food to the smaller details that make the guest experience feel considered, I worked across the day to make sure we captured enough variety to tell the brand story across multiple channels.
There was plenty of problem-solving along the way, as there always is on a shoot. My approach is simple: spot the problem, find a solution and keep things moving. The show must go on.
And when the solution happened to be me standing in front of the camera? Well, apparently we’re adding “model” to the resume.

Expanding Into Talent & Recruiting Operations
Over the past year, I have taken on a very different kind of project, leading recruiting operations for a client through LinkedIn Recruiter.
Working across HR, recruiting, and internal review teams, I have been involved in everything from refining job descriptions and search criteria to reviewing candidates, supporting AI assisted screening, monitoring hiring progress, and identifying gaps in the recruitment process.
What I have particularly enjoyed is the problem solving behind the platform. Recruiting is not simply about finding candidates. It is about understanding what a business actually needs, translating that into effective searches and job posts, and making sure the process continues to reflect those needs as they change.
The role has given me another opportunity to work at the intersection of people, technology, strategy, and operations, while developing my understanding of how AI and digital platforms can support better decision making and more efficient ways of working.

Inside AngelAI: Testing the User Experience
Over the past several months, I have been working closely with AngelAI, an AI powered fintech platform, focusing heavily on UX and how the product behaves from a real user’s perspective.
I developed testing charters to explore different scenarios, journeys, and ways users might interact with the platform. These gave me a structured way to push the product beyond the expected path and examine how it responded in different situations.
I also created detailed presentation decks to document findings, map out issues, and communicate UX observations and recommendations to the wider team.
A lot of the work came down to looking at the experience as a whole. Was the user able to understand what to do next? Were the tools easy to find? Did the journey feel intuitive? What happened when a user asked something unexpected? Where did the product create friction or unnecessary complexity?
Working on an AI product has given me a new perspective on UX. Traditional interfaces tend to have defined paths. With AI, the possibilities are much less predictable, which makes the way you test and evaluate the experience particularly important.
This project has been a great opportunity to combine my experience in user experience, creative problem solving, production, and structured testing with an emerging technology.

From the Dance Floor to the Super Bowl: A Marketing Journey
From the Dance Floor to the Super Bowl: A Marketing Journey
Blending creativity with strategy, I had the incredible opportunity to work as an Account Manager for Inventus Media Inc., where I played a key role in launching a groundbreaking marketing campaign for Morgan (now Angel Ai). This campaign, inspired by the art of dance, made waves when it was featured in the 2023 Super Bowl, capturing the attention of millions. The story didn’t end there! In 2024, I witnessed the campaign evolve into its second Super Bowl ad, further expanding Angel Ai’s reach. The continued success of this project has even led to media coverage on Fox News, highlighting the campaign’s impact and innovation.
From designing digital assets, to managing client interactions and time-sensitive project planning, I gained invaluable experience in high-stakes brand storytelling. Seeing a project I contributed to take center stage during one of the world's biggest televised events and later featured on major news platforms was an incredible moment, proving that creativity and strategic execution can leave a lasting mark.

Making A Masterpiece
Original concept and design for Carnival Entertainment featured in “Color My World” 🎨 by Director and Choreographer Marcos Santana
I absolutely loved my experience working on this beautiful show all about color and love. By exploring the relationship between the two lead character, the fields of business and art similarities, the identifying synergies presented themselves. The looks were inspired by different symbolic meanings that stem from the music, the scenery and the two lead characters. Pouring context and meaning into the performers hair and makeup really is that extra step in turning a performance into a masterpiece. 🎨
